"We had a scary but very wonderful experience with this facility. Our female Pitbull who is already paralyzed on her back end was attacked by one of her brothers a couple weeks back. We had to take an on call Vet in Warner Robins, Ga who stabilized her and then prompted us to take her to the Emergency Clinic in Fayetteville. Dr. Johnson was very thorough and understanding. We didnt arrive to the Clinic until 2a, and his presence alone was calming. He had checked her out and was ready to take action if he needed to. Everyone at the clinic was amazing and we send the highest of praises to you all and the work you do. Our sweet girl is now healing after a great deal of work from your emergency clinic and her primary Vet, Dr. Hilliard. You all are hers and our animal heroes!"
"This is very new (2016) so it's nice and clean. More importantly, it was purpose built from the ground up, not refurbished, up so the layout is well designed for its purpose.
The people were all nice and and caring. As this is all referral from other Vets it is all sicker than normal animals but there is a sense of calmness that helps with the nerves.
Dr. Smith was terrific. She sat down with me like she had nothing else to do that day and however long it took to make sure I understood my dog's condition and the options available was important time. I truly felt I was making an informed decision.
I walked in there a nervous wreck. I walked out feeling much better knowing my dog is in good hands."
"The team here was so compassionate and they saved my cats life. They helped me understand options and truly cared for us. I will never forget how they helped my Eddie aka Little"
"I believe this place is open 24/7, which is very nice to have locally. They actually treated my cat, Kevin, as a part of the family and took very good care of him during his treatment.
Another thing I loved about SAVES was that they kept us well-informed of our cat's situation and made a point to let us know that we can call or visit at ANY time to check on him."
